This notice informs visitors to the Esat Motorcycle School website and users of its pre-registration form under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Separate information must be provided for student files, medical documents and other procedures that may be required during course registration.

What data is processed, and for what purposes?
- Information requests: Your name, email address, selected service, message and, if provided, telephone number are processed to answer your question and contact you about the requested training or service. The telephone field is optional.
- Website and form security: The form session, technical connection information and submission frequency data are used to prevent forged requests and misuse, and to maintain service security. Technical access logs may be generated by the hosting infrastructure.
- Optional measurement and maps: Visit measurement, advertising measurement and embedded map services may be used depending on your choices. Categories, providers and durations are listed on the Cookie Policy page.
Do not enter identity numbers, medical documents, bank or card information in the pre-registration form. The form is not intended for submitting these documents. Contact permission given in this form is not used as permission to send advertisements or campaigns.
Collection methods and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through the website and email. Requests concerning the formation of a training or service contract are assessed under Article 5/2-c of the Law for necessary processing directly related to the formation of a contract. Answering general questions and website security processing rely on Article 5/2-f, concerning legitimate interests in communication and service security, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where legal obligations or the protection of rights require it, relevant processing is carried out under Articles 5/2-ç and 5/2-e. Separate preferences are obtained for optional cookies and similar technologies.
Access to and transfer of data
Pre-registration form content is sent to Esat Motorcycle School's email address, ozdeoztoprak@icloud.com , for a response. Hostinger email infrastructure is used for sending, and Apple's iCloud email service is used on the recipient side. The content is therefore processed by these technical service providers as well as the school's authorised personnel. Their infrastructure may involve processing data abroad; Article 9 of the Law applies to international transfers. Cookie choices do not replace the conditions for international transfers through email services.
Information may be provided to authorised public institutions or competent authorities in legal proceedings to the extent required by the request and legislation. Form data is not published in a public list.
Retention and deletion
Information request correspondence is retained for the period needed to address the request and, where applicable, comply with statutory retention obligations or protect rights. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the reason for retention ends. Cookie durations are explained in the separate policy. You can submit deletion and other data requests through the contact channel below.
Your rights and applications
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may learn whether your data is processed and for what purposes, request information and correction, and ask about domestic and overseas recipients. Where the legal conditions are met, you may request deletion or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can submit your request in writing to the company address above or via bilgi@ankaramotosikletegitim.com . The statutory requirements for the application method and identity verification are observed; for email applications, you may need to use an address previously provided and registered in the system. Applications are resolved as soon as possible according to their nature, and within 30 days at the latest. You are not asked to upload an identity document to the ordinary pre-registration form.
