This page explains general pre-registration conditions for Esat Motorcycle School training and services. This website does not offer online payment or direct purchasing. Submitting a pre-registration form alone does not create a confirmed registration, booking, payment obligation or training contract.

Scope of the service
Your request may concern licence training, riding training or MOTOPORTER motorcycle transport. The selected programme, training duration, number of lessons, service location and scope are confirmed individually before registration. This page does not replace an individual training or transport contract.
Fees and payment information
The price list shows course fees; the services covered are confirmed before registration. Test fees, official duties, document fees and separately requested services are explained separately, indicating whether they are included in the course fee.
The total price, any instalments, payment timing and included services are set out in the registration or service document shared with you before payment. This page does not instruct you to pay into any bank account.
Registration and the start of service
Confirmed registration requires meeting the selected programme's conditions, providing the required documents and completing the applicable registration or service contract. Licence training is subject to legislation. Lesson or transport times are agreed mutually; the form submission date is not the start of the service.
For safe training, the instructor's directions and protective equipment requirements must be followed. Providing training does not guarantee test success or the issue of a licence.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
You may contact the school to request programme or date changes, cancellation or a refund. Assessment is based on the service type, whether it has started, services already provided, the signed contract and applicable legislation. If a distance contract is concluded
If a distance contract as defined by legislation is concluded for a service in the future, transaction-specific pre-contract information, the total price, service conditions, withdrawal rights and any exceptions must be provided separately. Training activities are subject to the Ministry of National Education's relevant private education and driving school regulations .
