Cancellation and Refunds

If your training or service plans change, you can contact Esat Motorcycle School. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed according to the service purchased, services already provided, the contract and applicable legislation. As no payment is collected through the pre-registration form, submitting it alone does not create a payment to be refunded.
How can you submit a request?
Contact bilgi@ankaramotosikletegitim.com by email, or call 0551 403 47 67 . In your written request, include your name, contact details, the relevant service, any registration or payment date, and the action you are requesting. Do not send a card PIN, full card details or unnecessary identity or medical information.
Lesson and appointment changes
Notifying us as early as possible if you cannot attend a lesson or service helps with rescheduling. A new date is mutually confirmed according to programme and instructor availability. Any school-specific notice period or fee condition is assessed under the contract separately disclosed before registration.
Licence training and fee refunds
Applicable Ministry of National Education regulations and the registration contract are considered together for licence course registrations. The time of the request, whether training has started and the training received are relevant. This page does not introduce a blanket no-refund policy that removes statutory refund rights. Private riding training and transport services
Riding training and MOTOPORTER requests are assessed under their respective service terms and applicable consumer legislation. Services provided and not provided, any legally applicable charges and the recipient of the payment are clarified. Refunds of test or document fees collected by another institution may be subject to that institution's procedures.
Right of withdrawal
If a service was purchased through a distance contract, withdrawal rights, their starting point and exceptions are assessed separately according to how the contract was formed and the service involved. The pre-registration form on this website does not itself constitute a sale. The same withdrawal or deduction conditions are not automatically assumed for every service. Notification of the outcome
After your request is reviewed, you will be informed of the outcome, any refund calculation and the action to be taken. Statutory refund periods and consumers' application rights remain unaffected. Further clarification may be needed depending on information requests, missing documents or the circumstances of a particular case.
